Kelsey Mullins


Kelsey Mullins (she/her/hers) is graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Social Work in May 2021. Kelsey is passionate about advocating with survivors of domestic violence, including survivors of sex and labor trafficking. In 2019, the Wisconsin Law Review published Kelsey’s article “A Path to Protection: Collateral Crime Vacatur for Wisconsin’s Victims of Sex Trafficking,” which recommends statutory changes to allow sex trafficking survivors to clear more records than solely prostitution convictions. Kelsey strives to provide holistic advocacy with survivors by utilizing her curricular knowledge of both law and social work as well as her experiences in family law, child welfare, and crisis line assistance.
