Kelsey Mullins

Kelsey (she/her) is Staff Attorney – Underserved Populations at End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin. In this role, she provides training and legal technical assistance to domestic violence advocates, other lawyers, and systems actors who are working with survivors of domestic violence. Her areas of focus include human trafficking, decriminalization for trafficking survivors, and issues affecting immigrant survivors. She collaborates across systems and sectors to promote survivor-centered systems change efforts. Kelsey has experience representing survivors in immigration cases. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with her Juris Doctor and Master of Social Work degrees.
